📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and supervising departmental activities.,Coordinate and monitor departmental projects and tasks.,Support the recruitment and development of staff within the department.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of departmental reports and presentations.,Foster a positive and productive work environment within the department.,Provide administrative support to the Department Head as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
