📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruitment and selection of new employees, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee records, including attendance, performance, and benefits.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Experience in performance management and employee relations is a plus.
