📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock replenishment.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in organizing promotions and special events to boost sales.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
