Mart Link Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of our fleet, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet productivity and reduce downtime.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of vehicle condition.,Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet activities and performance metrics.,Provide training and support to junior coordinators and drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Bali.
