📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and work with the marketing team to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
