🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to coach and mentor sales teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
