📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and standards.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team.,Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.,Assist in patient mobility and positioning to prevent bedsores and other complications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Experience with medical-surgical nursing is preferred.
