Apotek Vera Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and post job openings.,Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
