📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the payroll process, including processing employee payments and ensuring compliance with tax laws.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring they are within budget and approved.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management on financial matters.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
