📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments for substance use disorders
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Conduct regular assessments and document patient responses to care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized recovery programs
- Educate patients and their families about addiction, treatment options, and relapse prevention strategies
- Assist in crisis management and de-escalation techniques
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction treatment or related field
- Certification as an Addiction Nurse (Perawat Adiksi) from a recognized institution
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
