Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Assist in the development of user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides.,Conduct research and gather information to support the creation of technical content.,Work with graphic designers to ensure that technical documents are visually appealing and easy to understand.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation software and tools.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
