📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our projects.
• Ensure all construction work meets health and safety standards, and compliance with local regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and construction, with a strong background in project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
