📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in various administrative tasks and projects.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR management software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
