Manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Manage employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience in a similar role in a multinational or large organization is a plus,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
