📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems using SAP and other advanced software tools.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory control best practices.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, with a strong background in warehouse operations.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and other inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
