📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including laundry equipment and customer areas.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.,Train and develop new staff members to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that laundry services meet company standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies and goals.
