📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of commis chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure the preparation of high-quality food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and develop new commis chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen schedules and ensure timely food production.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.,Proven track record of leading kitchen teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
