Tanggung Jawab:

Leading the development of software solutions from concept to completion.

Mentoring and guiding junior developers to ensure they grow professionally.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensuring the best software development practices are followed.

Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

Strong knowledge of software development best practices.

Experience with leading software development teams.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience with software development frameworks such as Spring, Django, or React.

Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
