📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and improve results.,Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
