PT Sejahtera Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of company operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and profitability.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product/service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational best practices and methodologies.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
