📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.,Check in and check out guests according to hotel or office procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Provide information about the company's services and facilities.,Monitor and report any security or safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
