🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and training.
