Duta Hana Coffee is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and increase sales. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media metrics and provide insights to management.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
