📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
