📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the estimation process for international construction projects in the UK and EU.,Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.,Review and approve project estimates, ensuring compliance with budget and financial constraints.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates.,Identify and mitigate risks associated with cost estimates and project budgets.,Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction estimation.,Prepare and present cost reports and financial analyses to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, with a focus on international projects.,Proven experience working on construction projects in the UK and/or EU.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
