📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales collateral as needed.,Provide technical writing support to other teams as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
