📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments,Provide feedback and guidance to employees to help them improve their performance,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Certification in training and development is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English
