📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Document inspection findings using AutoCAD and BIM 360, maintaining detailed records for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
• Identify and report any non-conformities, safety hazards, or environmental violations to the project team.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices, including waste management and pollution control.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and post-construction walkthroughs to align with project timelines and quality objectives.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors, fostering a culture of quality and safety.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction and environmental compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site inspection, construction quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Certification in Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM 360 is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
