In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop curriculum, and implement training programs using the latest learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that our training content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.

• Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop tailored training solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate learning and development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to learning and development team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate learning and development, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in instructional design or learning management systems (e.g., ATD, ASTD, or Cornerstone).
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
