📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality products.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Work with field operations to ensure that materials are delivered on time and in the right quantities.
• Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on wood or related materials.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFQs, contracts, and negotiations.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar procurement and logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
