📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
• Train and mentor front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and maintain front desk inventory, including keys, room cards, and other essential items.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk management or a related hospitality role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
