📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in an industrial service environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Understanding of Japanese business culture and practices is a significant advantage.
