You'll be responsible for monitoring equipment performance, conducting regular maintenance checks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime and production delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance data for analysis and reporting.
- Participate in shift-based operations, including nights and weekends, to support continuous production.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and new hires.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems, such as Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell Automation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
