Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Officer (Logistics)

As our Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire order process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently, using our state-of-the-art warehouse management system (WMS). You’ll also be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the support and information they need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Use our WMS to track and manage inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the smooth operation of the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
