With a focus on cleanliness, organization, and guest relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that our guests have come to expect.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are tidy and welcoming.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms are ready for the next guest.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests and staff.
• Uphold the company's values of respect, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of luggage and equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
