📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial support to project teams, including cost tracking and financial planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
