As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and employee relations. You'll work closely with our global team, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday to streamline your workflow.
Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll enjoy the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of Bali while contributing to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to our clients worldwide.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate offer
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation using Workday
- Assist with employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in an international or multinational company
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems like Workday and ATS tools like Greenhouse
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
