📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the finance team in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial administration role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
